My bank charges a fee  to setup a bill payees via internet banking.

I wonder if there are any banks that don't charge to setup 'payees'.

Internet banking has changed very little over the last 13 years.

Even TSB who generally have less fees than other banks have a $2 fee for setting up a bill payee online, same amount as ASB.

Westpac and Kiwibank don't charge you for adding bill payees either (although they do charge for setting up or modifying automatic payments)
