So you should have the router configured to PPPoE, quic@quic.nz, quic and use the correct VLAN you have in the connection.

Can you provide screenshot of the "Advanced settings"?

 

And set the MTU to 1492

I reset my router and started again and its worked this time.

Yes mtu 1492 and no advanced settings
