Hi I'm having problems I Can’t get any Signal strength or Signal quality setting up TVSource for the first time Ver 4.1.1

Settings I’m using

Diseqc – None
LNB type Ku-Circular
Lof 1- 10750000
Lof 2-n/a
Lof SW n/a
Provider Opus D1 (160)

Card is Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-3300 and working fine with WinTV v7 HD software

Windows 7 64bit

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorted

uninstalled dvblink TVSource 4.1.1 and installed Mediaportal TV Server.

Mediaportal TV Server Setup was effortless, works great with xbmc pvr and is open source.

I'm having the same issue with a TBS6984 card and TVSource 4.1.1.
Card works fine directly in WMC.
Problem is I have to use TVSource as we have to use WMC so that the Xbox 360s can be used as extenders.
No option to change to MP here unfortunately which is a shame as that's what I use at home myself.

How did you get XBMC pvr setup with TV Server? Do you have a link to a guide or something that you used?
Is that you posting in the DVBLogic forum with the same issue with the HVR-3300?

Yep, no response I'm glad I used the 20 day trial period.
I was also looking at the Xbox Media Browser option

I'm now waiting on my raspberry PI

Just an update on this.

I got the TBS6984 working in the end, after playing around with the LNB settings.

First I removed all 4 tuner devices, in TVSource, and added them again.
Then I had to use KU Universal with LOF1 of 10750000 and LOF2 of 10750000 and LOF SW of 12800000.
Nothing else would work.
I modified the Optus D1 1600.ini file to suite Freeview and Sky and all channels working great now.

Cheers for the update, it great too know dvblink TVSource was sending others insane.

Now I’ve got my DVB-S card working , I’ve been reading your posts regarding HTPC’s and Sky tv with interest. (I should have brought the TBS6984 like yours)

I’ve got a Smargo reader so all I need is a blue card, looks like a good time to upgrade sky.
