Do you mean you want to rack mount these devices into an exisiting rack?

Like this http://bit.ly/13ccpmE

Its a plate that gets mounted infront of a shelf in a rack so that all you see is the front of the device. Serves to make everything look alot neater and tidier

Wow, or you could just give me your money now instead?

Seems an incredible amount of money for a blank cover with a rectangle cut out of the middle of it.

I see !

Would it be cheaper to just get two 1U blank plates (gloss plastic?) and sandwich the decoder between them on your rack?

Some companies like the one in the video are stupidly expensive.

I can find stuff cheap overseas but its not shaped for NZ only hardware.

If you can't find one pre-made, why not get a standard blank plate and get a local engineering shop to cut the right shaped hole in it...

Hey - are you after a metal finish or would ABS do?  If the latter is OK and you are looking to do the work yourself, Jaycar sell ABS rack mount cases which are cheap and easy to work on, and would give you a good finish if handled properly.

If you want metal they also do 'blank' plates in 1U, 2U and 3U sizes, which could be cut out (either by yourself or by an engineering company).
