It's on okay TV, the smarts are like most 'smart TV's, not overly handy. However, if they launch a NZ Netflix app in time for the NZ launch next year, you probably won't care too much about TVNZ or TV3 on Demand...
Considering they are LED, they are pretty fat. The older LED screens where thinner. It seems the more you pay, the better the build quality and thickness could be. I would rather a discount than a free TV that I didn't want.
I'm more of a sony person. I have had good experience with Sony, and find their products really reliable. Also Sony designs are generally well thought out and stylish looking. They seem to put a lot of effort into nice simple designs.
