Looking for a non 3d led 50-55 inch tv. prefer under 1500 dollars.... currently have a 46" samsung which i really like. so afyer a tv with good picture quality an d a spdif output or arc return to interface with my onkyo amp and htpc
Sony KDL55W800B is under 1k @ HNorman's, it's 100Hz, well spec'd connection wise etc... but it is 3D. There are also a plethora of UHD TV's for under $1500 from Sony / LG / Panasonic around the place, but most places seem to be sold out. I'd try and make my decision based on picture performance (obviously) and whether or not you think UHD is worth it.
