Hi I am just wanting to know a couple of things about the mysky decoder

1/ does the decoder have two seperate rf outputs for each tuner or does it share one and have two seperate modulated output channels.

2/ can the rf output channels on both tuners be adjusted.

3/ is it possible to to view one channel from one tuner and say be in another room and view another channel from the other tuner

Thanks for your help.

Kev:  The 2 tuners are only for receiving from the satellite.

So far as viewing is concerned, there is only one output which can be selected to either live from the satellite, or a previously recorded programme from the hard disk.

So, I'm afraid there is no way you can view different signals in different rooms simultaneously Frown

I asked the same question here:

I ended up getting Mysky and it changes the way you watch TV as you don't have to sit down and watch 2 live channels at once. If the kids are interferring with our viewing we tell them we are recording whatever they wanted to watch and they are happy (sometimes!) with that!

I thought it would be a pain only have single modulation but it is not too much of an issue.

Cheers, Matt.

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Confirming and agreeing with the above posts. Can't get two different channels out of the box at once, but its a great system, very hassle free.
