I had an HDi upgrade scheduled for my 2 My Sky decoders today, but have just called Customer Service to say that I had not been contacted by an installer. First CSR I get cuts me off after going away to check on things, then when I called back told me that someone from Sky had left me a message on Monday to say that the HDi decoders were held up in Wellington and the installation would be delayed. Funny, no record of any inbound calls let alone a message from Sky. When I questioned this, the CSR put me on hold and I get cut off again. Has anyone in Dunedin had their decoder upgraded yet? I'm interested to know if this is some BS story being used as a CYA (cover your a) tactic. Add to this all of the antics I've had to go through in getting the installation booked, I am not a happy camper. What is the best way to complain to Sky that will get some action?
