Hi,

I recently got MySky HDi installed. I have my sky decoder connected to my receiver via coax, and I can hear sound out of it (some sort of prologic i guess) for every channel except TV3 (I didn't subscribe to HD Movies or Sport).

Anyone know why?

I realise TV3 is in HD so it is broadcast in fulltime AC3 (2 channel AC3 for non-hd content???), but my audio receiver, although cheap and nasty, works fine when supplying it an ac3 signal via coax from my xbox or pc.

What sort of ac3 stream does the sky decoder output, bitstream or the other type (pcm?)?

Don't you only got TV3 in HD if you subscribe to the HD package?

No, you get TV3 in HD regardless.
