I have just bought a digital tv card and installed it including the Winfast PVR2 software

My user works fine, audio and video.

However the other user gfets no sound other than on TV3.  The problems seems to be that on this user PVR2 is not getting the right codec - it is set at PCM for all channels - but on my user it selects MPEG4 or AC3 as appropriate.

I have installed and reinstalled, loaded a CODEC pack whilst logged on as the second user and getting to results.

I had assumed that CODECs were set across the machine rather than individual users - any ideas appreciated.
