On special at Dick Smith for $39 in the coming week i believe.
Pretty keen to get one, does anyone know how reliable these are with the MySky HDi?

When i used an onkyo universal remote, it wasnt that reliable with our PACE box and sometimes sent the remote codes twice.

The 525 and 785 work well with Sky, I assume the 515 would too, unless others have experience with them not working?

I have moved across the ditch.  Now residing in Melbourne as a VOIP/Video Technical Trainer/Engineer.

$39 is a good price. Might get one for my father.
I have the 785, works perfectly with MySky. Don't see why the 515 won't.

Just a quick aside, I got my dad the 525 (the one with the blue screen) and he can't read the screen (he's long sighted) so doesn't really use it... I had a look and while I can read it, it really isn't the easiest. Just something to keep in mind.

The green screen on the 515 def looks easier to read but the text is the same small size

I've got the 525 & rarely look at the screen. Sky works fine for me except I need two key presses to get the planner up. It's nice having everything in one remote but I have to admit the sky remote is nicer to use (better button spacing). But at $39 give it a whirl.

i use the 515 running my tv, amp, and MySky and it works fine i just set everything to turn on and off with 1 button on the remote and you just have to make sure you have the right model numbers when you set up the remote , i had one problem with it , the up button on the volume stopped working, so took it back and they gave me a new one. wouldn't be without it and the main difference with the more expensive models is the number of remotes
you can replace . its only 4 with the 515

i use model number Pace TDS-850NNZ for MySky which works well

Common sense is not as common as you think.
