Surplustronics.co.nz based in Auckland are alright

I have moved across the ditch. Now residing in Melbourne as a VOIP/Video Technical Trainer/Engineer.

If there's a J.A Russell near you they will do you a good deal. There an electrical wholesaler and will do you trade if you ask nice lol. Also sometimes you'll find Jaycar can be cheap..

I found that Top Hi-Fi have always done me a good deal for good quality cheap speaker wire.

depends how cheap or what quality, but those discount /2 dollar stores sell speaker wire really cheap

Common sense is not as common as you think.

How about Trade Me? Got my last lot off there and saved a heap of $$ compared to anywhere else I could find either retail or on-line. Good quality heavy duty stuff too.

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation
