I did the one in my office, it was pretty simple. The trick is getting the cables into the wall... I have no idea how to do that. That might be a job for an electrician, or a builder, or just a handyman.

Hey thanks for that. I ended up puting the mount up on the wall. Easy enough as you say. Just have to get my sparky mate around to put the power in the wall.
