Anyone else using this addon in XBMC for linux?
My system is Ubuntu 64bit, Mythtv 0.23, XBMC 10, 2 x Nova-s Plus DVB-S cards.

If I use Mythtv frontend to watch tv it works flawlessly, if I use the Mythbox addon inside XBMC, its slow to start, and changing even one channel causes the system to freeze requiring me to hard reset the box. Has anyone else experienced this before, and if so how did you fix it? Thank you.

Have you tried the XBMC PVR branch?

I did look at that in the beginning, but made the decision to go with mythbox. I would prefer to get a solution to this problem if possible.

Have you tried the XBMC forums, there alot more knowledge and experience there. Not many XBMC users on GeekZone, they're all MCE or MP.

Yeah I've been there quite a bit, this is the last issue I have to a 'perfect' system :)
