What do you want it for? If you are wanting to feed HD audio to a HDMI amp then no. Just buy a new ATI or Nvidia video card. Both support lossless HD audio now. I was looking for a HDAV for a long time and they are very hard to fine and insanely expensive when you do.
Edit just looked at your sig, you already have a card that supports HD audio? If you amp does not do HD audio then you could buy a new amp which does for around the same cost as a HDAV!

Have you tried using a DVI to HDMI converter? You may find that is all you need.

I was wanting audio thru hdmi but could always use optical as it's on my mobo. Was hoping to have my receiver turn on when I turn on my HTPC which I unterstand is possible using hdmi.
