Hi,

I am young java geek from Europe and i will be moving out to Auckland at June 2012. I have ~ 5 years of experience as Java Developer so i hope that job searching will be smooth and without any major difficulties with work visa in my passport ;)

I will have to search in next month which companies and recruitment agencies exists in Auckland and i will start with some networking, calls etc... I plan to check also startup scene but it seems its little bit smaller than i expected to be :)

Cheers ;)

Welcome to NZ. Which country are you coming from? With a name like Martin I'm guessing Germany?

Java isn't so big these days tbh so may be worth checking out other languages especially .net, c++ and php
