Hi Jess

Welcome to GZ
Sorry to hear that 2000 TXT on Vodafone for $10 is not a good deal (voda to voda)
and $2 for 2 hours off peak is bad deal as well (voda to voda)
$6 calling unlimited and TXT 24/7 to a friends number is a bad deal as well (including video calling)

These new prepay plans are not a promotion but here for good
Glad to her Telecom can provide you with what you need!!

Hope you enjoy GZ and I hope you read the forum rules as well

Johnr

If you want to line up your rocket one day sounds good to me :o)

Yeah vodafone wasnt me aye. I reakon if vodafone still had there free txt weekends i would of kept my voadfone mobile instead of giving to my parents. :-)
But anyway, I love telecom's 500txt!    I onesltly dont see how some one could even use 2000txt!!!!!!
I would of gotten bored if i was on it.
Anyway telecom have been in the business longer in new zealand and are very helpfull and professional.
And dont get me started on vodafone bestmate either,    Onestly u can only do it to one person!!!     And what if they suddenly call vodafone and say they would like to change the number they want to be on with best mate with, you would call ur mate up and wonder why ur credit has gone or has almost gone!!!

Jess if your bestmate changed there number you would know when you called them

A) You be advised that number is not active (no charge)

B) if your bestmate changed there number without telling you I guess they are not your bestmate

C) You would not speak to a complete stranger for a long time and use up all your credit

If you don't want the best mate calling for $6 you don't have to take it peole have the choice just to take TXT2000

Hello and welcome

Nice PR try there Johnr you are up against a savvy teenager that has been spoilt by the $10 txt bug

My teenagers are the same they dont get it either as it seems if your have a vodafone its bit like being the outsider at school.

Its amazing people don't read before saying how bad a company or service is and they have never read about it or used the service!

I had one friend say why would I send 2000 TXT to one number and when I sat them down in front of a PC and read the info they went WOW that is very cool

I don't think bestmate was designed to please every mobile user in NZ and I don't think a mobile plan ever will but its a great step in the right direction!
