Just following protocol here without it would we be "geeks"?

Work for a local privately held company, where I support all Microsoft Infrastructure with one other engineer for about 160 employees.  Work with Windows Server 2k3, Exchange 2k3, SQL 2K, and SQL2k5, Microsoft business products in the Dynamics family - Great Plains 5.5-9.0 and MS CRM 1.2 - starting a 3.0 migration in the next month.  Work with mostly Dell (I said I was from Texas) hardware - desktops, laptops, servers, etc.  Some exposure to EMC/Clarion/Brocade.  A little Cisco, mostly switching as well.  I just recently got myself a Tmobile Dash and was poking around on the net for cool stuff to do with it. 

Don't do much forums stuff, but trying to get started on sharing 10 years of IT experience when I can.
