Q. What’s with your avatar name?
A. I purchased a pet goat 6 years ago and named him Sandro. Being someone with an obsessive personality I became immediately infatuated with all things ‘goat’ for a few years. I am in my 30’s so not quite sure if ‘boy’ is still an accurate description.

Q. Why did you join Geekzone?
A. I work as a continuous improvement/customer experience consultant for a telecommunications company in New Zealand. Geekzone is a very good way to gauge the thoughts and needs of the more tech savvy users out there.

Q. Which telecommunications company is it?
A. I can’t remember what I’ve posted here over the last year or so and I may have already given that piece of information away. If not, then I’m not really that keen to divulge as like every telco, we have our haters. No disrespect to any specific forum users here but I’d rather avoid being hassled by any of the trolling comments. Rest assured though, I do take notice, and Geekzone user comments have helped me in making some customer affecting decisions.

Q. I really, really want to know which telco you work for now. Are you going to tell me or not?
