Welcome to Geekzone...

Exchange Server 2007 32 bit is available from MSDN for testing purposes only - it is not supported on a production environment and not distributed in any other way.

once it comes out of testing do you think they will release a 32bit version?

its not "in testing", rather its "for testing".... i.e. clients can use the 32bit edition for dev/test environments but its not sold or supported fo production

i expect that the only reason they compiled a 32bit version was because the microsoft virtualization technologies couldnt run a 64bit guest.  dont expect to see the next version in 32bit at all....

As regs says, it's not testing as in beta test. It's testing as in IT departments trying to software before deploying in production. There will never be a 32 bit version for production environments.
