Just wanted to say hello to the rest of you!  I am a newbie... trying to keep up on all things tech.  As a forty something mom with a teenager, and a smart geeky girl of 7 I can tell ya I have a hard time when they come home mentioning new gadgets and such. 

I live in the US, in Central Maine, and work as an eligibility specialist for a nonprofit agency (social services) Right now, I am currently on layoff, waiting callback in July when our program (Fuel Assistance) starts up again.  With the economy the way it is, it promises to be a very busy year!

Again, hello to all of you!  I look forward to visiting once in awhile when my kids have me stumped over some new gadget and I need to find out more about it!
