Hi everyone. I am Chell1957. I am new here and to this kind of stuff in general. I have been on the web since the late 1990's. I am married and have grown sons and 3 grandchildren. I recently purchased a bluetooth dongle so I could use it but the website I bought it from only supplies the dongle itself and no software. I know I download BlueSoleil for free but I need the serial # that is embedded in the dongle to register it.  I have emailed the company I purchased it from and no help. Their idea of help was to refer me to here.
