I am what everyone in my company sometimes refers to "tech-tarded". I am going to need alot of help on here from some of you. Any advice on phone, voip, and systems similar to five9 would greatly be appreciated.
Who knows, maybe I might actually be able to help some of you out.

Tech-tarded - loving it.

Welcome to Geekzone.

I often refer to a couple of my friends as "technological wastelands" - you put them in front of a pc with Google's home page in front of them, and say "type www.hotmail.com in the address bar", and you can hear the tumbleweeds rolling through the harsh uncompromising unforgiving desert of an organ they call a brain, as they struggle to comprehend the overly jargon-istic instruction that I barked at them, as if I expected that they had a Phd in understanding what the hell it is that I am on about.

Haha! 'www.hotmail.com' into Google search is classic.

Oh, by the way, welcome. :)
