I always hoped that one day I would be cool, but according to my posts I still wannabe a geek.

Greetings and Happy New Year from new user (old geek). Don't suppose there are many COBOL or RPG/400 discussions going on here?

Hmmm. Don't remember seeing any COBOL discussions around here. It's not long since I've done some COBOL stuff (mainly emergency manual patches to LINC generated systems). Yes, I come from a mainframe background (how uncool is this these days?).

I have a couple of AS/400's in my garage, good for heating the house in winter. Current project is to get an LDAP extension working in Active Directory to allow my AS/400s, DEC Alpha and NetServer to share a directory database.
