Hey guys,

I've been referring to this place for advice for ages so I thought I'd join up. About me - I'm 25 years old, I'm a social work student, I'm a girl. My main sources of geekiness come from a need to be creative with technology due to a very low budget, a boyfriend who used to be a computer tech and a flatmate who can get me staff discount at DSE (however both the latter aren't very patient with my constant questions!).

Anyhow, nice to meet you.

Kate

Welcome to Geekzone... Don't be afraid - them geeks will not bite around here. And we have other girls around (it seems more and more lately).
