I'm not new but a lot has changed since my original introduction so I thought I'd re-introduce myself Smile (hope that's okay!)

My name is Ed and I do Tech Support (alongside byronpaul) at Snapper Network Distributors. Some of you are probably resellers of ours (hi!) and everyone has probably used at least one of the products we distribute!

I'll try to keep an eye out for any posts regarding our gear, but feel free to PM me and point me at a topic if I haven't noticed it.

The brands I personally support are 4ipnet, Draytek, NetSys, LevelOne, QNAP, snom & Yealink. We have other brands too but I let other people handle them!

On a more personal note:
  • nano > vim > emacs
  • tabs > spaces (code indentation)
  • Beer and Wine are both disgusting. I love Canterbury Cream.
  • The smell of coffee makes me want to barf. I live on V instead.
  • If it was healthy, I'd be a carnivore. (Red) Meat rocks.
  • Snap Internet are my heroes.
