Help please - trying to do the set up for my new laptop.  Under region and language it has country - easy NZ. Language again easy English (NZ)

Not so easy - keyboard layout?? How do I know what that is? Options are numerous but none that have NZ on it.  US, United Kingdom, English (India), etc.  can someone please help.  i have googled and come up with nothing. thks!
