Hi

Purchased the above Monitor today and find it really great, but (there is always a but) when I switch from Microsoft Office products to say Netflix to see how the monitor goes, it goes blank?? The notebook is still fine but no picture on the monitor?

Is anyone able to throw some light on this for me?

Much appreciated.

Chris

I'm not clever enough to understand that.

It is connected to the monitor via HDMI cable - is that mirroring?

Hi

It is connected via HDMI and is a mirror of the notebook screen.

Not sure to be honest... had a look at settings and changed the resolution on the laptop which made the monitor a better size not so big.

Now when I play Netflix the computer goes blank but the monitor is all good.

So not sure what that means but works.
