Looking for a compatible pen for my Surface Laptop 2, Since its a Laptop2 rather than a standard Surface and I won't be doing a lot of onscreen drawing, I dont want to spend the $150NZ for the MS Surface Pen.

Some of the compatible pens on Amazon look really good and have comparable features for around $25-50US.

Any recommendations?

I'd second the Adonit Range - and to be honest, the Surface Pens aren't nearly as good as they appear on the face of it.

I use both an Apple Pencil (on iPad) and Surface Pen (on Surface Pro) and have also used an Adonit Ink (I think that was the one it was) and found the Adonit closer to the Apple Pencil than the Surface Pen...which is a good thing.

Nice little article on the subject of alternative Surface Pens here: https://www.windowscentral.com/best-surface-pen-alternatives

Pbtech has the Adonit ink range on clearance for $55.

I've got one with a surface laptop and it's fine. Never had a real surface pen so can't compare.
