Why would someone want to offer you more for a laptop they can buy at near new sale price?
If you can purchase the same laptop from a bricks and motor shop for $3289 which comes with a warranty and the protection offered by the CGA then no one is going to offer you $3200 for a 2nd hand laptop.
Take the cash.
Take the cash, as others have pointed out, you won't get a higher amount you are after.
More importantly it most likely won't be worth your time trying to sell it.
