Do you require an internet connection at all?

I have done a few solutions, I provided the comms etc and inverter etc but not the laptop or printer. I can access a wifi router with a CDMA rev A radio in it or in the very near future one with WCDMA 850 HSPA radio in it which have full telecom network coverage, broadband every where you need.
