Anyone know if we could get the windows version that came with eee PC changed for our eee PC from English to Traditional Chinese?

My father can't really read English and the laptop I bought for him from Ascent only comes with the English version.

He has written to Asus and they got him to write to Ascent, hence he wrote two emails (poorly written English I admit) to Ascent of which none has been replied to, which I feel that it's pretty poor service. I have written another email on his behalf to chase it up *update* Ascent has replied very prompted to my emails....

I'm based in the UK so there is very little that I can do to help dad do a clean install on the eee PC... and the only reason why I bought him the laptop is so we can skype and email!


OR to be a bit cheeky - anyone happened to have purchased an EEE PC in Taiwan with the Chinese version of Windows?
