One of my work mates have a Packard Bell Easynote which got trashed by several viruses. Reloaded Win XP ok (seems to be a generic xp disk not a recovery disk) and now it wont reconise the sound card, modem, or video card. I put SP2 on but still didnt reconised these. There is no model sticker on the laptop? Apparently it was brought from Bond & Bond a few years ago?

Does anyone know where I could get WinXP drivers for Sound card, modem & Video card?

I had this same laptop, sold it, and threw out the Ghost backup of a clean XP install (with all drivers) about 3 months ago!

Its a rebadged NEC if that helps you find the drivers at all.

The drivers are on the NZ packard bell site - http://www.packardbell.co.nz/support/download.asp?CID=9

You will need to know the easynote model i.e easynote m or easynote e etc. This is written under the serial number ( I have an M5 series)

It looks like the C3 from the pictures so I'll try that.... and that works.
