Hey everyone :) ,
just got a G20 two days ago, and have already encounted my first problem :(
I'm using a Intellimouse (purchased in year 2000), i got the latest drivers from microsoft, all installed fine. Main problem is the mouse freezes, while u using it. Only way to fix it is to unplug it from the USB port and plugging it back, after a while; same issue.
Tried searching the net, but didn't get far. Has anyone else had this problem? or should i just call the Toshiba helpdesk ;)

thx hoon

You can first check if the USB Power Management is set to allow the OS to turn off the device. Open the Device Manager (Window Key + Break), scroll down to Universal Serial Bus and open each USB Root Hub you find there.

On the Power Management tab uncheck the box that allows the OS to turn off the USB. Reboot your computer and try again...

Ah... In my case there is another tab called "Power Management".

Ok, so this isn't the case - can't think of something else... Have you tried another mouse instead?
