Hi
We are having some issues receiving emails some xtra accounts. Below is the error message from 2 different delivery failures:
Remote host said: 554 5.7.1 Message (34005-06530) appears to be unsolicited - totalscore for 98.139.44.178 (516) higher than PenaltyExtreme (500) [BODY]
and
5.7.1 Message (33964-15131) appears to be unsolicited - totalscore for 210.54.141.245 (514) higher than PenaltyExtreme (500)
and
5.7.1 Message (33964-15131) appears to be unsolicited - totalscore for 210.54.141.244 (514) higher than PenaltyExtreme (500)
My mail server provider (which is not Xtra or Telecom) says that the IP addresses from xtra has been blacklisted (not by them) and Telecom needs to get it cleared. Telecom on the other hand is denying this. I do not know if anyone else is having similar issues but i cannot receive emails from many xtra emails.
If there is any solution out there please can anyone let me know.
