In short:

Yes you can get Port 25 Unblocking on UnPlan and Wireless Broadband (4G/5G)

ADSL/VDSL/Fibre:

- No static IP Needed ($15 Per Month)

- Apply Here: https://www.spark.co.nz/forms/port25-unblock/

Wireless Broadband

- You need a Static IP due to CG-NAT ($15 Per Month)

- Should be using Newer B618 router as B315 doesnt play as well "Very Clunky".

- Apply Here: https://www.spark.co.nz/forms/port25-unblock/

IPSEC works fine behind a B618 even without static...

I am referring to Site-To-Site IPSEC tunnels..... not an IPSEC VPN Client - When you can place a UTM Firewall behind a B618 when the B618 has a public IP everything is fine, when the B618 has a 100.x.x IP (aka CG-NAT) it doesn't work... (well it does initially, but the IKE Keep Allives which monitor the VPN and nail it up can't deal with 2 layers of NAT so when the key lifetime expires you need to reboot the UTM to bring it back)

Having a Public IP on the B618 in a Fixed wireless scenario would deal with this

Static IP available on Fixed Wireless? We may need to have a chat :) there is still the B618 Requirement though right?

Yes this has been there for a while now :)

Not sure on where you're angling with the B618 question?  Are you asking about support for 3rd party CPE?  My understanging is that it must use the Spark CPE.  Or were you asking whether you could get a static IP on a WBB service uses the old B315?  I think the answer to that is yes.

At least 2 1/2 years from memory :)
