Telecom have released their Galaxy S4 pre-order special. Does this mean they are about to launch their 4G network? Clearly sates "4G LTE compatible".

So when PeterReader who has heard the 4G LTE hype around the Vodafone launch, sees this deal and says "That's a sweet 4G deal, I'm in!" What happens if he has no 4G when his flash new phone (that is 4G LTE compatible) arrives?

So either Telecom are about to launch 4G, or they have made a blunder by not notarising that this phone will not actually be able to use 4G on Telecom at time of release of this phone.
