Thought it deserved a separate thank you thread.

Thanks very much to michaelmurfy and the other telecom people who have been watching the VDSL thread like hawks and responding to the eleventy billion questions and requests from people.

Really made a difference for me - particularly around confirming tech was coming etc.

I'm also really happy to hear so many happy customers either current or new to Telecom customers. Full credit to Michael, Neil (Jane for short) and other fellow Telecom staff for taking the time from their busy jobs to help customers as they all have been all over the thread. I haven't been able to dedicate as much time as I typically would have but I knew things were in safe hands with Michael et al.

Such is the irony of my life that I can't get vdsl (1.8km from exchange with attenuation of 25db with master filter) or ufb (not until 2018 I think) and I am building the backend subscriber management stack for it.

But I take a lot of job satisfaction from threads like these. :)
