I got a new Telecom S4 i9505 a few months back, $750 after a $250 discount. I think the discount may have been for committing to two years with Telecom on the $39 plan, but I can't remember the details.

I notice the Telecom plans change sometimes. The $39 24 month plan doesn't exist any more, but there's a $49 plan that gives a more more data and more minutes. The $39 open plan also gives more data and minutes.

Few questions, if anyone knows:
 - Am I likely fixed to the 24 month plans? Or could I switch to an open plan so long as I stay with Telecom?
 - If Telecom releases a plan I like say next year that's the same price but gives me more data could I change to that, or can I only change to more expensive plans?
