I've been using this DNS address for about the past 10 years and noticed that my 2Talk line  was offline this morning . I am using Telecom ADSL.   A check on a the account shows it disconnected at about 10.59pm last nite but my second account on my cell phone via my WiFi at home was OK.  Looking in my PAP2 the DNS of 210.48.65.2  was entered.  I did a search of the Telecom  site and found that y current primary address is 122.56.237.1.  I put that into the PAP2 and it all came up again.

Pretty sure that 210.48.65.2 is ICONZ's DNS Server: http://iconz-webvisions.com/en/settings-nz

And they have been making changes: http://list.waikato.ac.nz/pipermail/nznog/2014-February/020593.html
