not really 'ironic',  just not very useful for the people on here putting the effort in trying to help you out.

there is a major difference between the likely problems that could occur when getting a modem set up for the first time and when problems just 'happen' and your broadband stops working.

your initial post strongly gave the impression you were setting it up for the first time when actually that isn't right at all.

Well, I was posting from a smart phone (let people know that this is a irrelevant SS) and WAN summary screenshots won't help anyone with issues.
