So I recently signed up with RaboDirect, and during the setup process they've been trying to contact me via mobile as its the only number I always have.

They try to ring, can't get a dial and then email me to call them back. Ive never encountered this problem and I have asked them to confirm the number, but I'm not sure if its a problem on their side or Sparks, as I don't even get a missed call notification or voicemail.

Edit: submitted too early

What should I do? Because obviously its important that my savings are with people who can at least ring me if need be.

In case it makes a diff, number is formatted as 0288 xxx xxxx

Has been on Spark for about 3 years now, and on other networks before that, but the number came from Black + White originally quite a long time ago.

Thanks in advance!

- Sam

I guess they've got a phone system that doesn't support 0288 in the dialplan. Not a lot you can really do except complain to them.

It's like people who create forms on websites and don't include 020 or 028 as mobile prefixes.
