Hi there, I'm new to these forums.

I've just recently had fibre installed. It's been great, but I've been noticing brief disconnects across all connected devices once every 4 hours or so with the Spark supplied HG630b router. The disconnects are very brief and only really noticeable when playing online dependant games. This seems to be a very similar issue: http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=39&topicid=154197

Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It was the same problem stashren had. Our account hadn't been properly provisioned after the fibre installation. This meant we were getting free unlimited internet but there was a disconnect every 4 hours.
