Just asking a question for my brother in Auckland. He has recently signed up for the $119.00 Fibre plan (200MBit) Currently getting around 75Mbit from the new spark test server. So my question is what sort of time frame does it take for a line to settle in before a true indication is available.

He is situated probably 600-700 mtrs from the cabinet down the street so distance shouldn't be an issue for him.
