I've moved back to Spark after being with Orcon for a while and am wondering if I need to call Orcon to cancel my account now that I've had all my services cut over. I thought I did going on what I've seen in the past on here, but Spark Sales said they'd do that. I can't see anything official online and, to be honest, the less I have to deal with Orcon the better...

It's always best to call your old ISP to cancel. Depending on your connection type and how the new connection was provisioned if it was xDSL (such as a brand new connection rather than a churn) your old connection could well still be active.
