In the last month or so have lost use of syncing emails with xtra on my win 7 phone. No problem with Windows Live. Have deleted and re-entered account several times to no avail. Xtra chat and technical help line were no help at all, they suggested Googleling the problem. Has any one come across this problem or knows how to resolve??

Came across a couple of Google discussions relating to SSL / TSL, some suggestion win 7 phone does not support TSL. Has xtra upgraded security on the email service?

I just had a quick read of your problem.  It appears Yahoo have turned off SSLv3 on their servers, and the mail client on Windows Phone 7 doesn't fail over to TLSv1.0

You might want to see if you can find another email client app to install and see if that works

or read your email in the browser which does support TLSv1.0

Windows Phone 7 is out of mainstream and extended support now sorry.
