Apparently I have been with Telecom/Spark for 26 years and I always found them great, they even pay a pretty good dividend.

 

However, I have made the mistake of changing my plan from Fibre 30 to Fibre 100 unlimited. I didn't realise I would be asking a little too much of Spark. I can't even count the number of times I have been told the words "hopefully", "should" "expected" and the statement "it should be done in the next 24 hours". The thing is that I am not even getting an install, just a plan change.

 

Forgive me if I sound like I'm whinging, but where do I go to next? I don't want to call or live chat Spark again and feel like I am living the real life Groundhog Day.

 

Can anyone recommend any good ISP's that service CHCH for fibre? Not having a dig at Spark, their mobile phone service is great, however, I think I will cut my losses on the Broadband front and just try someone new.
