I have a samsung j2 with xtra email so have started to make the changes.

I decided to use microsoft outlook but it only works with the microsoft email used for w10 sign in.

the Samsung default seems to be mail which works ...(poorly)

Have others tried other email clients for android?

the shortcut does not work for me as below.

How do you set up the shortcut for webmail?

I see that the email will only cost $5 95c a month per account instead of $20 which sounds interesting.

Other useful stuff to know.

If you use bookmarks or shortcuts to access your mailbox, you'll need to update them from yahoo.co.nz to xtramail.co.nz So if you haven't already, make sure you get onto that.

Your Xtra email will continue to be free on all eligible broadband products. Otherwise it'll cost $5.95 a month. Details like these and heaps more are in our terms and conditions, so it's worth having a read.

Saywhat?

Android outlook. settings. Add account

Type in @xtra email address and it asks what type, add manual IMAP. Not locked to outlook/W10 accounts.
