I have a client who RDPs from Christchurch to Auckland.

This morning they can establish the RDP connection sometimes, but even when then do it is horribly slow to the point of being completely unusable, and constantly drops and reconnects.

The Christchurch site is on Spark Fibre, as is (I believe) the Auckland site.

I have confirmed that the same thing happens if I connect from a different Christchurch Spark fibre connection. 

However, if I connect via my 4G Spark hotspot, or from a Christchurch 2degrees fibre connection everything is fine.

Normal Internet traffic is fine, and Speedtest at the Christchurch site shows running at full speed with low latency.

About to phone Spark, but to be honest I don't like my chances with level 1 support for a problem like this.

Could any of the Spark Geekzoners take a look? I can PM all relevant details.
