My public ip address is rapidly changing (roughly every 10 seconds.)

this is happening on all devices.

My devices ip addresses are stable,

I have a HG659b modem which I believe to be properly configured. This modem has also been replaced and factory resetted.

The DHCP lease renewal time for my device has been set to a day.

If you guys need any other information let me know.

As suspected this was a simple missjumper.

i do wonder why the issue only just surfaced as it appears the ports have been confused for quite some time!

Few extra things to look into from the OP's side, you have a DM about that :)

From my end, connection is now rock solid and showing everything correctly.

This was a weird one, as to the normal eye, the reported issue wouldn't line up with reports and look like wifi issues rather than the actual problem!
